Website Design Pricing
The initial website design and development fee is $500 and includes one custom-designed WordPress homepage.
Additional website pages may be purchased for $200 per page.
All websites are enrolled in the Website Care Plan for $99 per month, which provides hosting, maintenance, security, backups, and ongoing website support.
Website Care Plan
The Website Care Plan includes:
- Website hosting
- Security monitoring
- Software and plugin updates
- Website backups
- General website maintenance
- Reasonable content updates to existing pages
Reasonable content updates may include changes to text, images, contact information, and other existing website content. The Website Care Plan does not include new pages, major redesigns, custom functionality, or services outside the original scope of the website. Additional work may require a separate fee.
The Website Care Plan may be canceled at any time by emailing jonas@jonasmancuso.com.
To avoid being charged for the upcoming month, cancellation must be received before the 1st day of that month. Once canceled, service will continue through the end of the current paid billing period, and no additional monthly charges will be processed.
Monthly Billing
Website Care Plan payments are processed automatically using the payment method on file on the 1st day of each month.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that their payment information remains current and that sufficient funds are available when payment is processed.
Refund Policy
Website design and development fees are based on work completed.
Once the design of a page has begun, no refund will be issued for that page or its associated design and development fees.
The Website Care Plan may be canceled before the 1st day of the upcoming month to prevent the next monthly charge.
Once a monthly Website Care Plan payment has been processed, no refund will be issued for that month. However, the client will not be billed for subsequent months after the cancellation becomes effective.
Failed Payments
If a monthly payment is declined, Jonas Mancuso Web Design may continue attempting to process the payment through the 3rd day of the month.
If payment has not been successfully received by the end of the 3rd day of the month:
- A “Website Unavailable” notice may be displayed on the website until the account is brought current.
- Website updates, maintenance requests, and support services will be suspended until payment is received.
If the account remains unpaid through the last day of the month:
- Website hosting services will be terminated on the last day of the month at 5:00 PM Mountain Standard Time.
- The website will become inaccessible to visitors.
- Any outstanding Website Care Plan balance must be paid in full before the website can be transferred to another hosting provider.
Website Ownership, Cancellation, and Transfer
If Jonas Mancuso Web Design purchases your domain name on your behalf, you still own it. If you cancel your website care plan, you will need to set up a hosting account in your name and your domain name will be transferred to your hosting account. Please note: ICANN imposes a 60 day lock on all new domain registrations from being transferred. So if you cancel your website care plan within the first 60 days of registration, your domain name can not be transferred until the 60 day period has passed. We can still move your website files to the hosting provider of your choice and point your domain to your website - we will then transfer the domain name after the 60 day period.
The client owns their completed website and is free to move it to another hosting provider if desired. If the client cancels the Website Care Plan, Jonas Mancuso Web Design will provide the website files and available information needed to assist with the transfer, provided the client’s account is paid in full.
Some website features may rely on hosting configurations, software, licenses, security tools, plugins, or other services included with the Website Care Plan. Because hosting environments and service providers vary, Jonas Mancuso Web Design cannot guarantee that every feature will continue to function in exactly the same way after the transfer.
After the website has been transferred, the client and their new hosting provider will be responsible for any required software licenses, configuration changes, maintenance, compatibility adjustments, or technical support. Jonas Mancuso Web Design will make reasonable efforts to help ensure a smooth transition.
Hosting, Security and Liability
Website availability and security are high priorities for Jonas Mancuso Web Design.
The hosting infrastructure used for client websites is designed to provide approximately 99.9% uptime and may include:
- Security monitoring
- Malware detection
- Firewall protection
- Website backups
- Systems designed to help prevent unauthorized access and cyberattacks
While every reasonable effort is made to maintain website security and availability, no hosting provider, software platform, or security system can guarantee uninterrupted service or complete protection from every possible threat.
Jonas Mancuso Web Design does not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted website availability
- Protection against every cyberattack or hacking attempt
- Prevention of all malware infections
- Prevention of all data loss
- Continuous availability of third-party platforms or services
- Continuous operation of third-party software, plugins, or integrations
- Protection from server, network, or hosting-provider outages
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the client acknowledges and agrees that Jonas Mancuso and Jonas Mancuso Web Design will not be held liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or business-related losses resulting from circumstances including, but not limited to:
- Website downtime
- Server, network, or hosting outages
- Security breaches or hacking attempts
- Malware infections
- Data loss
- Third-party software failures
- Third-party service interruptions
- Lost revenue, leads, or business opportunities
- Search engine ranking or traffic fluctuations
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Websites are built using standard on-page SEO best practices, which may include:
- Proper page structure
- Logical heading hierarchy
- Page titles and meta descriptions
- Content optimization
- Mobile-friendly design
- Search engine indexing preparation
- Image optimization
- Internal linking where appropriate
Basic on-page SEO setup is not the same as an ongoing SEO campaign.
Jonas Mancuso Web Design does not guarantee:
- Search engine rankings
- Website traffic
- Lead generation
- Sales or revenue
- Placement on Google, Bing, or any other search engine
- Recommendations or visibility within AI-powered search platforms
Search visibility is influenced by many factors beyond website design, including competition, content quality and volume, domain authority, backlinks, business reputation, market conditions, search engine algorithms, and ongoing SEO efforts.
Additional service-area pages and SEO-focused pages may be purchased for $200 per page. These pages may create additional opportunities for search visibility, but they do not guarantee rankings, website traffic, leads, sales, or any other specific result.
Comprehensive ongoing SEO services are available separately and require an additional monthly investment.
Support and Website Changes
Website support requests and content updates must be submitted through the support ticket form on the Jonas Mancuso Web Design website.
After submitting a ticket, the client will receive an email confirmation containing a ticket number for easy reference and tracking.
To help ensure requests are completed accurately and efficiently, clients should submit one request per ticket whenever possible.
Most routine update requests are completed promptly. However, turnaround times may vary based on:
- Current workload
- Project complexity
- Request volume
- Availability of required content or materials
- The nature and scope of the requested changes
Requests involving new pages, major design changes, custom functionality, third-party integrations, or work outside the original website scope may require an additional fee. The client will be notified before any billable work begins.

By purchasing website design, development, hosting, maintenance, SEO, or any related service from Jonas Mancuso Web Design, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Website Design & Service Terms.
